SHIPPING POLICY

Production And Shipping Time

Once your order is placed, it will be confirmed by our inventory and quality control team. If everything is correct (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.), they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This process takes 1-3 business days.

All standard and custom sizes dresses are made to order. Your total delivery time includes both tailoring and shipping.

(Note: All custom orders are final orders.)

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your item(s) have been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order in the Track Your Order section.

Damages

Promdressclub is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Promdressclub is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
